"Possibility of (un)doing is a trance into chaos. A serie of experiments that I've been doing for the last year or so, inspired by Heraclitus' Fragments, with no other direction than exploring depth. My favorite part is from 5:10 to 6:57 as I feel that whatever is in the inside harmonizes with the exterior, at the distance I'm able to hear a breath that isn't mine. On the other hand, the second track 'Principle of Change' invites to suspend out of time, not necessarily in peace, but in a state of caution, like joy and fear dancing together.

During my residency at Espace Ecotone, at the beginning of this year, I spent many hours questioning: what is my relationship to experimentation? what does "going deeper" mean to me? It felt like micro-pulsations cracking my mental, artistic, political and cultural walls, constantly entering into a loop exercise of spiritual recognition and narrative recalibration. In the end, I drafted a methodology of experimentation, and this painting is its perfect metaphor.

I've wanted to get off social media for a while, but I never had a reason strong enough to actually do it, until now. The overwhelming insistency of "invisible manipulations" it has reached, in my opinion, insane levels of control.
That is why I decided to start this blog, to lose and win at the same time, to use the time I wasted scrolling and use it to learn new things, develop my thoughts, practice skills and be present for me and the people I love.
It’s only been a couple of weeks, and already I feel a stronger sense of will and far less anxiety. This isn’t because I’m ignorant of what’s happening in my community or the world, but because somehow I can now engage to all those situations with a stronger grip to myself.
I wish for you, dear reader, that you may do the same, and I hope you enjoy the reflections and material I will be sharing in this blog. It is all driven by a spirit of connection and shared knowledge.
